My guess about Solomons Q4 suprice is:

- He is very hopeful about a listing on nasdaq or FN, they have been working on it for a long time now, are cash flow positive, and have EC:s help
- Euro china might have done something more to give us value
- And we are probably getting a whole foods market partnership (this can already be signed, he sounded quite relaxed when he was talking about the suprice, the mega farm was also written a couple of months before it was announced)
I think that whole foods market is buying 20-50% of SJAP, and that is why they where talking about a spinoff for 2015 already, it doesn't make any sense otherwise.
