I'll have to check on that...from what I've learned though is that when a company's ticker changes the shares become restricted for a period of 1 year. November 25th will mark one year since they changed their ticker from CCRY to ARTR. It doesn't mean they'll start selling shares, but they have been quiet for about 7 months. Some here believe that they may promote the stock and sell some shares into a run to raise some money. Makes sense...they wouldn't want to sell shares in the trip zero range, at least I wouldn't.
