Surf..buyout pure speculation...edie has never mentioned....google " reverse merger" for answer...it tends to be an easier and cheaper way for a private company to acquire shares in an existing public company thereby allowing that private company to become itself public traded...maryanns could simply absorb smky and keep maryanns name or absorb and spinoff as subsidiary...this would not only be a smky play...but a play with maryanns..again, simply my santa wish..
