You are correct. For me that means buying opportunity is, yet again, extended. I see that as good news. For, you, I assume it means stay away. That, too is good for me as it will regulate the upward price pressure if more good news comes continuing the buying opportunity.

Yes, this might all be for naught. I may end up being a bag holder. That happens a lot in pinkyville.

Or, maybe we will continue to toil in search of a fruitful opportunity. Maybe we still have a few more years of this stuff.

Or maybe...we are at the precipice of a lucrative series of joint ventures. Construction, mining, solar, quarry. Lots of options. Lots of chances.
