Hannover House never stated the Form 4's would show up in Q3....

The Form 4's show a transaction date of 9/17, and Shefte's was filed on 9/30 which was qtr 3....

If anyone knew for a fact the managers could, or would opt to include these transactions in Quarter 4 it was either inside information, or merely a " lucky " guess....
