The report is NOT compliant with 43-101. USPR is not Canadian-traded, and the report was not submitted to, or approved by the BCSC. Therefore, the report is not 43-101 compliant, regardless of the qualifications of the authors or the validity of the technical information. To say so is deliberate deception.
