With B for ABSSSI, I agree that there is no unmet medical need so Phase III will be necessary. However, if B-OM is successful in Phase II, I could see where the unmet medical need (as evidenced by a placebo based study) could cause FDA to accelerate approval. The timing is not clear, but I would guess that the results will be known rather quickly if it works like it did in the pre-clinical trials. Come on B-OM...be a raging success!
