I understand the frustration of trying to contact this company, but they usually respond within a couple of days.
As far as they delays on responding, I could say a lot about the customer service, but they do follow through...eventually. And they are very good about any customer problems, but it takes a while. Sometimes they answer at different times than most...I've gotten a response on a Sunday night once!
