This shat is just too funny...angelspeak going on here for 3+ years now.....and the "angel investor" (pun intended) want FULL REPORTING + AUDITS + INTERNAL FINANCIAL CONTROLS.....INVESTORS WILL BE COLLECTING SOCIAL SECURITY BEFORE THAT HAPPENS....no SEC filings in 4 years and suddenly he's gonna be fully reporting?
