A question and maybe and answer concerning JN selling.

What is JN status with the company? Is he here voluntarily for his passion of the technology or a person hired to bring the technology to market.

If he was hired to do a job, and once completed move on to the next project, what is the big deal of him taking some money now and knowing he have a lot more later.

It comes down to this, is Solar3D his company or is he an employee.

If it's his company than I would be very concern about his selling.

But, if he is just and employee, I have no problem of taking some guarantee profits alone the way.
