I don't think people on this board think these are "good things". These things have created an opportunity that some of us think is worth the risk. I was telling a buddy about it yesterday and he put a few bucks down just as a lotto ticket. 50 cents for GTAT stock is pretty hilarious and it sure makes for an interesting court case.

On another note, I wanna make money, but some people really lost their @ss on this stock. It would be nice to see them recoup some losses too. Have a nice weekend everybody.
