Yes...just my opinion but I believe this is really a non-factor. Stock options are a common component of an executives compensation package. None of them have sold lately unless it was a planned sale or to pay taxes on the award. If you look at the disclosures, they are all selling a very small percentage of the total stock they own. My guess is they are just realizing some of their compensation. If they had bought this stock with their "own money" and were selling...I would be a bit more concerned. the optimist in me wants to believe that maybe they are entering into a blackout period due to something that may be happening and want to cash out a few bucks before they can't for a period of time, but I really don't think so. anyone else want to weigh in on this? all my opinion.
