He may have used some of his own money as I know he said he did, but he still paid himself at least $230,000.00 this year. He also may be the nicest guy in the world. But this plays PPS fell from $.04 to .0001 in less then a year. He took it on knowing the debt, and in beginning said that would be prime to pay off this debt, well that did not really happen either and what ever did get paid off, it was in form of these nice Toxic shares we been dealing with.

So this may all work out in the end, who really has any idea, but if there are debt holders like Todd V and Global, I have a gut feeling dilution will not stop, and we will need to deal with continued.
