For whatever reason the nt 10-Q should have been filed a week ago stating that the quarterly report will be filed late.

Also...a "merger/buyout" would probably not be a good thing at this price point. Even a 100% premium would not be a welcome thing for a LOT of investors that are long in CVM and it would make the warrants worthless.
