BX3, IMHO the $10 trades are
done to keep the price from showing
ZERO. If there are no trades for a
nbr of days Scottrade will start to
not let orders be placed because there
is no last price, or bid price.

MM's flip a few shares btw
them selves to keep the ticker
"alive".
