Not sure about the S1 but there is no chance LVGI pays GEAR for anything. That makes no sense. LVGI created GEAR and spun it off. LVGI is a brand incubator company. That is their business model. They create brands and turn them into stand alone companies. Not sure about HempCore yet, but JF already stated that SLAM will remain in the company. LVGI will generate a lot of revenue from SLAM. HempCore will probably be spun off once it is ready. But that won't be until they have their own management in place.
