TO DEBTOR VISION INDUSTRIES CORPORATION AND ITS PRINCIPALS:

It is hereby ORDERED that Debtor shall appear before the undersigned United

States Bankruptcy Judge on December 3, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 1675, 255

East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 and show cause, if any, why the abovecaptioned

bankruptcy case should not be dismissed for Debtor’s failure to comply with

Local Bankruptcy Rule 9011-2, which requires artificial entities, such as Debtor, a

corporation, appearing before this court to be represented by an attorney.



IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before December 1, 2014, Debtor shall file
a declaration under penalty of perjury explaining why Debtor’s bankruptcy case should



not be dismissed for failure to comply with Local Bankruptcy Rule 9011-2.



IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Debtor’s failure to comply with this order may





result in the dismissal of this case with a 180-day bar to filing another bankruptcy case.
