Soooo Tesarski is supposed to give Treaty Energy a "new start"???
So far since May 1st (6 months ago) when the new "Great Treaty leader" supposedly "took over" (no 8-K), for Andrew Reid who supposedly resigned (no 8-K), Chris Tesarski has done nothing but tell story's of how he was going to "save" Treaty Energy. The fact is that NONE of the DEBT or TRRC issues have been dealt with and in FACT have only been added too. The 8 McComas wells have been plugged by the State of Texas after Tesarski REFUSED to comply with a Master Default Order to plug them. Tesarski has also failed to deal with the MANY lawsuits for unpaid bills and investor FRAUD. In fact him, nor his lawyer, have even bothered to show up for court... The SEC filling that where his "priority" are now 6 months later, 2 more quarters behind and now a year delinquent... Wow.
Same ole Treaty...
Tesarski is just a new frontman for the Treaty crooks Blackburn, Weyand and Mulshine to sell off what is left of Treaty Energy. The Texas Sands thing and "provable" 25 BOPD that was another Treaty lie was nothing but PR fodder and Tesarski doesn't even bother to report production to the TRRC... Treaty and pals are going to suck what is left out of investors and move what assets they can before filing bankruptcy same as they did with PBLSQ while promising a "dividend" in a imaginary company and big Colorado deals...
Folks don't let these scammers sell you any restricted stock or preferred shares... It's just away to take cash and lock up the stock... You will never be allowed to sell them as no broker would accept them while the stock is under a penny and delinquent in SEC filings. And that's if you can even get Treaty to corporate with getting the shares restricted legend removed or preferred converted to common. That has been a real hassle for "investors" and entails more lawsuits to accomplish...
Treaty Energy is a scam and all the PR's and investor updates are nothing but Bullshit....
