Thank you, I have found that my best treatment is my kids and they keep me busy. I got a dog and he is amazing. That helps a lot too. I have gone through several programs with the VA. Some have helped. The truth is it is always going to be with you and you are always going to be dealing with it. Believe it or not playing with the market is something that helps me as well.
