MarineLeroy, basically they got rid of celebrity services. From the 10Q:

"The secondary focus of the Company has been providing brand-related services to businesses and celebrity clients in the entertainment, sports and collectible industries. However these services have been phased out of our operations.

In January 2013, the Company entered into a partnership agreement with Music City Networks ("MCN"). In accordance with the agreement, as of the effective date, MCN will be providing the above mentioned brand related client services directly to the Company's clients in exchange for a profit participation as defined in the agreement. However, the declining client base and departure from the celebrity services industry has eliminated our need to partner with MCN."
