That is correct....and they could have sold those shares over the past 4 months, but have not sold one of them. What is going to change that will encourage the sale of shares???? Opportunity to acquire assets for Bayport? Payment of ongoing company expenses?? Filing fees for uplisting?? The list can go on. But, what you will not see is personal expenses, or compensation.
