11/19/2014 98 ORDER RE. DISCOVERY DISPUTE 85 by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: Plaintiff MyMedicalRecords Inc. filed Notices of Discovery Dispute in the above captioned cases requesting that the Court compel Defendants Quest Diagnostics, Inc.; Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc.; WebMD Health Corp and WebMD Health Services Group Inc.; and Empty Jar, LLC f/k/a Jardogs, LLC to provide damages-related discovery by no later than November 17, 2014. MMRs request is DENIED. Further, the Court will modify the discovery cutoff date to correspond to the motion cutoff date, March 30, 2015. The parties should meet and confer to determine an agreed upon date in February to exchange initial expert reports. At this time, no other dates will be changed in the Post-Markman Scheduling Order.
