The beauty of it is this - when the buyout occurs the transfer agent will have to account for ALL of the shares. So, all those who sold air shares such as NITE will have to cover at the prevailing market price.

The buyout might be for who knows how much - maybe just $2 per share but NITE might have to cover at $5 because that's how much mine will be up for sale for!

That should finally take out NITE once and for all!
