This is not new at all. I've posted this several times and it is spelled out very clearly in the old gchi dividend pr. We are ELIGIBLE to REGISTER to trade after the 25th. If the company registers immediately, we still have to wait however long the registration process takes. Nothing new.

...and what a great prediction by the other guy. 4 minutes to closing and he thinks there in fact will not be a PR today after all. Good guess clownfish.
