What I find hilarious is someone thinking MRIB could get to a $160 million market cap selling in just a handful of locations in SoCal. It's so absurd to question the intelligence and mental stability of those making claims. Obviously desperate attempts to save a totally underwater position. Those that loaded up in the past 10 months which is well documented have been decimated. Very close to a 100% loss. They will now say anything to try and get something going. Keep slapping that cat aginst the driveway but the bounce won't be big and it won't be profitable. There is no new that can revive this feline.
