interesting post cork. yes, rhodiola is a good energizer/adaptogen, sorta like ginseng but with less kick.

I might wonder if 'dart skills'...would call for things like muscle relaxation, visual clarity, strengthening the eye sight. balancing the nervous energy, etc... mental concentration....

there are some good herbs and things for that.

one of the best is medical cannabis...the CBD strains, do an interesting thing....they clear the mind ,balance it in noticible
ways, and they do a funny thing to the vision. many people have experienced this. it sharpens the vision, as if its improved by order of magnitude. very noticible

I cant say theres a specific vitamin for "the throwing elbow"... lol
but the calmative things like b vitamins help relieve stress.
B vitamins are energizers though. nerve reaction , circulation vitamins, Ginko helps sharpen the brain and circulation function.

Take alot of raw garlic before a match...that way If you lose, you can go right up to him and congratulate him and your breath will deliver the last crushing blow.....

lol, listen....he'll go home after the tourney and instead of thinking how good his win was, all he will say is ..."wow, that guy's breath just about killed me..."
