When and if that happens I will be here. In a case of an uplist I would not buy after the uplist. I would wait to see how the stock reacted and then decide. But I would hold any shares I had. And I would expect that I would have quite a few shares if that does happen because I would be seeing forward movement
As far as a divi I would sell into the news because I see the split as a way to reverse split SRSR. IMO there will be some deals to be found around the ex date.

If Niostar is worthy of investment I will be invested. But SRSR is worthless after a spin out.

Honestly it is hard to say what I would do in a hypothetical uplist. I play the stock on a day to day basis. If Molycorp was going to buy SRSR I would buy and hold like anyone else.
