"Vodka is the product they produce, but the chief revenue for the owners of this company is derived from shareprice manipulation, by playing loose with SEC reporting requirements. When this company goes dark again, you have 2 years to load under .0003, before the scam is repeated. It does tie up your money for a few years, but the return may be as high as 250 x your original investment. You might need to wait til after a split this time, so watch these guys. Hey, there is a history here."

Thanks for that! Oh, it's not like I wasn't warned numerous times before and in similar fashion but I was in denial but you seemed to have summed things up nicely! This makes total sense. Meaning that Marani is, indeed, a Pump and Dump (or a Dump and Dilute) scam. frown Frankly, I would think that the SEC would have gotten involved by now as I'm sure there have been some complaints already filed. (Not that they could help current shareholder/investors if this was shut down but they do protect potential future investors.)

Anyhow, you said "Hey, there is a history here." Yep, but some seem to think their history is totally irrelevant. Well, for the heck of it, I checked out Marani 1.0 and their historical prices compared to now. To sum up, both Marani 1.0 and Marani 2.0 had the pps tank. Biggest difference was that Marani 1.0 had a 1:250 Reverse Split while Marani 2.0 increased their A/S by 1.1 billion shares.

I found this interesting (but that's just me.). And with some spare time on my hands I thought I'd do a little historical price checking concerning Marani 1.0:

The pps on March 31, 2008, the day of their 1:250 Reverse Split, was .7619. A week later, April 8, their pps was at $5.7143. However, it was mostly downhill from there with a few small upticks along the way.

By Oct. 12, 2010 the pps tanked to .0014 WHERE IT WAS AT OPEN TODAY!! On Oct. 19 it sank further to trips at .0009. Then, for the next 3 YEARS the pps fluctuated between trips and .0017 or thereabouts. frown

In Sept. of 2013 the pps started rising again. I am assuming that was when, or close to when, Marani 2.0 was launched.

So, if you're correct, after this goes dark, for the second time, many of us will be back here around 2017 or so to see, and possibly profit by, yet another PUMP AND DUMP! Well, unless the SEC stop's them first. wink

GLTA!
