$ONCS I took a look at the weekly chart, going back two years, and recent weeks' volume is low but has been increasing over the past three weeks.

The "W" pattern that tom123 and I mentioned recently is discernible. This is a double bottom bullish reversal pattern. The buy signal is triggered only when the current leg passes above the middle leg, about .65.

IMO and FWIW.
