Unfortunately, because the tox work and all of our animal studies are do done by third parties, the schedules for completion are completely out of our hands.

Well, this is disingenuous at best. We all know that whatever delays there are in tox can only be due to two things:

1. NNVC not making enough Flucide in time.
2. NNVC not developing the necessary tests for detecting Flucide and its breakdown products in tissue, in time.

BASi has done tox testing for many different pharmaceutical companies many times before. We know they'll do their side of the work, and most likely with little delay on their part. It's NNVC that we worry about, and with good justification.
