Based on the current information:

- New phone # listed in the fillings is disconnected.

- New address is listed under a small shopping mall, yet when you call the leasing company there is no record of the company or the company owner leasing space.

- All we have is a gmail account as the primary contact info ration for the new management.

So yea this a real winner of a pick!
