"Mentor Capital is pursuing through the courts the return of the $1.5 million..."

The court has determined that ARBITRATION will be compelled.

Court so ordered November 19, 2014. Surely Chester's lawyers have told him this by now.

Odd Chester didn't mention this relevant information in his latest news release.
