In the recorded "phone call" from late August, Jerry said the details of the new financing would be announced "momentarily." That was right after the bit where he talked about how much he hates fluff PRs (llollollol).

How'd that work out? Why would anyone believe a word Jerry had to say?

Besides, are you seriously suggesting Jerry would give out material non-public information to anyone who calls him up?
