For what it is worth:
If you have questions about how or why something works, you can email OTC and they will answer them. I have done it numerous times.

How about GDGI had to become current as part of the process to raising their share structure and maybe there is no other reason.
I don't think you can make a change like that when you are not current.
That might be a good thing to find out BEFORE buying more shares.
