I want to learn more about digifonica.

I don't know much but at skin surface seems to me like they had a decent operation at one point. I feel this because I did some DD on the people that wrote the patents and I followed their connections on Linkedin and found descriptions of their jobs at digifonica. But digifonica came to an end. And after they sold all the computers and equipment, seem like malik was left with these pending patents.

Now he is trying to squeeze every last drop of juice out of the orange. What better way than to merge with voip-pal. Voip-pal saw great opportunity in the merger, and why not, VPLM had nothing going on at the time. These patents pumped up their 'value'.

But look at the facts and not you dreams, when has voip-pal given real news about real companies wanting to buy them out for billions. Their PR's are very vague and leave a lot to the imagination.

Trust me, I would love to make good money on this.
