Another Frost convertible is all but assured. Look for about $10m with a 10% coupon and convertible to 2m shares. At their current burn rate and considering COH and LOC, I look for the convert to occur no later than Q2 '15. That alone will push O/S diluted to ~16m and I am projecting conservatively.

Let's see how far off I will be, if any.
