Inergetics has TWO BILLION Shares authorized, with roughly 100M outstanding. The # of shares OS has increased significantly over the past twelve months, and I expect this trend to not only continue, but to see a dramatic increase in the near future as the PPS continues to decline with the company's poor revenues weighing things down.

Originally I thought that the company needed to fix the AS count, but now I see that they'll likely need every bit of it to stay afloat.
