My guess would be, Not likely. These con artists are out of the country. When you deal in penny stocks, the buyer assumes all the risk. IMO anyone who bought KNSC after seeing it's history, held it for a big payday, ignored all the information posted by those of us waving RED flags and instead bought into the HYPE of the con artists, should learn an expensive lesson.
