How is HEMP undervalued?

No revenue or profits.

No cash, except that loaned to it by the CEO.

The decortication plant won't begin processing the kenaf until sometime in 1Q/15, and the market for kenaf fiber is unknown. There won't be hemp to process until late 3Q/15, and then we don't have any idea how much hemp will be available for processing by the facility.

With 2.7B shares outstanding (and increasing every quarter,) why does it deserve a market cap of $105M?

Undervalued? It's tremendously overvalued!
