No company works for the benefit of shareholders
You create resources and position yourself to succeed and PPS is the byproduct for shareholders
No company tries to max out just for shareholders to cash out
At penny levels you have to wait, play the dips and time the direction of ceo's next move
Good CEO ' s grow at a rate they can control and keep their hands around project
Penny also seem to be seasonal and we are in buy mode
