How many did he have to give away for the .03 guarantee?

The last time I looked the ratio was between 3 and 4 from BCRAP/Matt for each share they had. If they had a total of 5M at 3 to 1(and that's being kind)Matt would give them the 15M and end up with their 5M, RIGH(t)?(R)
That's OK, Matt didn't do anything to deserve them anyway.
Like he's said, "earn money by creating debt" Hopefully I saw it in a disclosure where Matt can't remove it.
