1. Two years of promises of audited financials and nothing.
2. No press releases in the last 10 Months.
3. Not following through on previous press releases
4. Putting out a press release saying "....effective October 31, 2012, the Company has engaged the accounting firm of dbb McKennon ("McKennon") as its new independent auditors." Without paying a retainer to "engaged the accounting firm". Which is illegal.
5. Nose dive of the stock price over the last 6 years.
How do you sell and move on when there is no volume? How do you sell and move on when you can't cash in your stock certificates because the company hasn't filed audited financials as it has promised multiple times?
Your words are hollow and don't fit the majority of sharholders.
