What's up with GATA, some individual selling? Thinking about picking up again a few here

It's just that a few apparently don't understand that they had a 1.8 million charge for research and developement stuff this quarter due to the fact that they wanna get more into their own manufacturing of drugs.

All in all there was very little selling though, the float is just extremely small. I'm trying to get some below 20 but hasn't worked yet. All the stuff that I sold in the mid 30's I gladly repurchase in the teens at the moment.
