I was wondering if you could share any information on the direction
the exchange the company plans to register Genius Bio Tech Corp on?

Also, if it is possible to comment on whether you plan to operate under two publicly-traded companies or just one?

If you are unable to comment, that is fine. I would like to share this knowledge to investors as several have asked me about this subject.

Our positioning is for setting the stage to move on to the larger exchanges (Amex, Nasdaq, etc). Decisions will be made accordingly. Several strategies are under research and more will be announced when available.

The goal is to provide a solid fully reporting audited entity(s) that is/are an attractive home for current and future shareholders alike, with an eye on foundation(s) that attract institutional interest.

This is preliminary information. More details arriving in the near future.
