I think that two facts that are very important at this time is that once Stifel has written the bonds a they are ready for sale there is already a large bank that has stepped in to buy the entire allotment(time saved). Also, we can't forget that the farm coop in Iowa has contracted to buy the total production for a ten year period, if I remember correctly. The urea plant to be constructed in central Illinois has a cost of 5-4 times more than the BION plant, a cost equally that much higher and a construction time estimated at twice as long as BION. I don't expect a large bump from this news but would love to see the sp move as it did yesterday to higher highs and higher lows. Ten cents would be great by the end of the year and a slower rise will attract fewer flippers. EPC, bond sales, construction and news of the other plants will drive the sp in 15, IMO.
