Was brought to my attention that the 18 million share transfer was in the 2nd quarter also. Not sure if it means 36 million total or just a recap. Either way, its not changing the share structure and I don't see any salaries being paid, or legal expenses. I doubt anyone would work this hard, cleaning up the mess that CPWY was, for shares of a .0034 company, if there wasn't something down the road.
