Naked shorting kills DEWM solidarity

naked Shorting at OTCBB for DEWM exerted by persons and crooked offshore hedge funds that shorted DEWM and when the time came for the short sales to clear the DTC they tell the DTC that they borrowed the shares from a broker and when the broker actually never had any shares to begin with, this is how they get around the short fail rule "REG-SHO", this is called naked shorting and it is illegal in the US ... This is done for a long time and is why a CUSIP change is needed because there are MORE SHARES OF DEWM FLOATING AROUND IN THE SYSTEM THEN THEY ACTUALLY ISSUED.
