So wait what happened, cause in the 10Q it still said this

As of September 30, 2014, and December 31, 2013, Delmar Janovec and Brent Crouch, controlled
approximately 0.53% and 0.69%, respectively, of the outstanding common stock of the Company. Upon
conversion of the Series A and Series D Preferred stock would give Delmar Janovec and Brent Crouch
approximately 92% and 93% voting control of the Company.

which would mean delmar still owns them?
