The trademark is no issue if GC is planning to spin the Diagnostics division to the owner of the trademark "Lympo Test" which happens to be the same individual who is in control of Amarantus's subsidiary MemoryDX LLC namely William Gartner....If the plans are to spin the Diagnostics division to another entity, then it will be an issue.Why hasn't AMBS taken ownership of the "Lympro Test" trademark? Will's granting his licensing rights to AMBS was through the MemoryDX corporation, and not GW Medical technologies.The reason we harp on this issue is that GW Medical Technologies has been and still owns the right to the LT trademark, not Memory and certainly not AMBS.. It appears from the "Lympo Test" Trademark, William Gartner and the ProvistaDX Angel Investors are planning to take over the AMBS Division that some here have hinted that GC is planning to spin...The company we own a 4.99 percent interest of the RXPC outstanding shares is the vehicle we believe is the Shell William and the PDX Angel investors want to utilize to go public..This is just one man's opinion you understand..Wolf
