What CEO are you talking about? Certainly not the CEO of Bayport International Holdings. If what you allege is true, please post the link. If a conviction is recorded it will be available. I searched and I cannot find anything with the SEC that mentioned Mr James Porter. I did see an Alan Porter, and a Louis Porter, but no one connected to Bayport International Holdings. Where did you find it, and please post the link for us to see.
